Everyone is different. The use of
Dr. Janet's Woman's Balance Formula Progesterone Cream should be adjusted to meet your own needs. The following
suggestions are to be used as a guide only. Although there have been no
reports of any significant side effects or health problems associated with
Dr. Janet's Balanced by Nature Woman's' Balance Formula progesterone cream, you
may consider consulting your health care provider.
Results vary from woman to woman. Some notice changes immediately while
others see changes in one to three months.
Ideal time of usage:
Use the cream between ovulation until the onset of menses (the time of
ovulation can be determined by a dramatic change-rise or fall in basal body
temperature, and by changes (thinning or thickening of vaginal secretions).
Some women also experience lower abdominal discomfort during ovulation.
If you have troubling symptoms before ovulation (migraines, etc.), you may
want to begin using the cream earlier, until your period begins. You DO NOT
need progesterone cream during your period. However, if you do experience,
cramps, bloating, breast tenderness etc), during your period, you may use the
cream as needed until the symptoms have stopped.
PMS and MENOPAUSAL symptoms:
* After ovulation (day 14-18 after onset of last
period):
Use no more than 1/4 tsp. once daily.
* Day 18-23: Use 1/4 tsp. twice daily,
gradually increasing to 1/2 tsp. twice daily.
* Day 23 until period starts:
Use 1/2 tsp. twice daily
OSTEOPOROSIS:
Bone density testing is recommended before using Dr. Janet's Woman's Balance
Formula Progesterone Cream. This is to determine a base line from which to
measure the changes in your bone density every 6 - 12 months. Consult your
health care provider. Use 1/4 tsp. (1/2 tsp. for severe cases) daily.
POSTMENOPAUSAL:
Use cream for 3 weeks, 1/4-1/2 tsp. twice per day. Then go one week without
applying the cream.
